Yoga & Flow Classes

At Lotus Fit and Well, we offer simplified yoga classes for all levels—whether you're brand new or a long-time practitioner. Our Lotus Yoga Flow is specially designed with a consistent sequence, allowing beginners to learn and build confidence over time while challenging experienced yogis to push further. We also provide sculpting yoga with weights at the mat for added strength, dynamic strength yoga to build power and endurance, and restorative styles focused on relaxation and recovery. All classes include modifications to suit everyone!

Mat Pilates Classes

Experience precision and power in our mat-based Pilates classes, designed to sculpt, align, and strengthen from the core out—no reformer needed. Enjoy quick 30-minute Express Mat Pilates Sculpt sessions for targeted toning or full 50-60 minute Mat Pilates Sculpt classes with controlled flows and pulses to boost posture, mobility, and body awareness. Scalable for all levels with modifications, they're ideal for building lean muscle and confidence in an efficient, motivating format.

HIIT & Cardio Classes

For a total reset, Cross Training combines cardio and strength in a comprehensive 50–60 minute class. Healthy Aging & Recovery Classes

Prioritize long-term wellness with gentle, supportive classes like Healthy Aging and Lotus Restorative Yoga. Using chairs, props, and breathwork, these 60-minute sessions focus on mobility, joint comfort, and relaxation to reduce stiffness, improve balance, and calm the mind—perfect for seniors, beginners, or anyone in recovery. Life happens—please cancel at least 6 hours before class via the Walla app or website.
