Strength & Sculpt Classes

Sculpt and strengthen with targeted sessions that tone muscle groups and build endurance. Choose quick 30-minute express classes for specific areas or longer 45–50 minute sessions for full-body results. We use bodyweight, bands, and weights in a motivating, all-levels environment that helps you feel stronger and more confident every time you walk out.

Mat Pilates Classes

At Lotus Fit and Well, we offer simplified yoga classes for all levels — whether you’re brand new or a long-time practitioner. Our signature Lotus Flow Yoga features a consistent sequence for building confidence and strength, while gentle and restorative options focus on mindfulness, flexibility, and deep release. All classes include modifications and props so everyone feels supported and successful.

Life happens—please cancel at least 6 hours before class via the Momence app or website.
