Yoga & Flow Classes
At Lotus Fit and Well, we offer simplified yoga classes for all levels—whether you're brand new or a long-time practitioner. Our signature Lotus Flow Yoga features a consistent sequence for building confidence, while Dynamic Strength Yoga and Power Sculpt Yoga fuse vinyasa with light weights for added tone and power. Gentle and restorative options focus on mindfulness, flexibility, and deep release. All classes include modifications and props to suit everyone!

Upper/Lower Body Circuits add rotating variety, while Strength & Mobility emphasizes functional resilience and injury prevention.
