Booking Ahead

For easy booking, download the Momence app or click our "Schedule" tab above to view classes. Explore "Pricing" to choose the package that suits you best—pre-register to secure your spot!

Check-In Process

Upon arrival, check in at the front desk so we can mark you present. Our staff is here to help—it's quick and easy!

Punctuality

Arrive 5-10 minutes early to settle in. Be on your mat by class start—doors close promptly, and late arrivals aren't admitted to preserve the flow for everyone.

What to Bring

  • Comfortable workout clothes (be ready to sweat!)

  • Water bottle + towel

  • Your own mat if you have a favorite (if not, it is okay!)

  • Grippy socks are optional but great for stability

Cancellations

To respect everyone's time, cancel at least 6 hours in advance. Late cancellations (within 6 hours) incur a $5 fee for Unlimited members or $10 for Limited/Drop-In, plus loss of your spot. No-shows cost $10 (Unlimited) or $15 (Limited/Drop-In), with forfeited credits.

Personal Items

We provide high-quality Manduka mats—feel free to bring your own or a mat towel to place over ours. Bring a towel for sweat and a water bottle (refill station available). Stay hydrated and ready to practice!

Storage

Store belongings in the lobby cubbies or use an optional locker with a key (available upon request). Keep the studio space clear for movement and mindfulness.

Phone Policy

To minimize distractions, silence your phone or switch to Airplane Mode (to prevent alarms) and place it with your belongings inside the cubbies. This helps everyone stay present and focused during sessions.

Restroom Use

Use the restroom before class to minimize disruptions and keep the flow smooth for everyone. But if you need to go during class, it's okay!

Early Departures

Stay for the full class to maximize benefits. If you must leave early, inform the instructor ahead and position near the door for a quiet exit.
