Booking Ahead
Reserve your spot easily—use the Walla app for on-the-go booking, or visit our website at lotusfitandwell.com. Click the "Schedule" button to view available classes (yoga, circuit training, strengthening, and more) or explore the "Pricing" option to pick a package (unlimited, drop-ins, or class packs) that suits you best. Pre-registration guarantees your place in any session.
Check-In Process
Upon arrival check in with our friendly front desk team. Don’t assume we’ve spotted you—let us mark you present to secure your spot and start building that community connection.
Punctuality
Be on your mat by class start time. Doors close at the scheduled start, and late arrivals won’t be admitted to maintain the flow for all. Aim to arrive 5-10 minutes early to settle in, stretch, and chat with fellow members.
Cancellations
Let’s support our instructors by canceling classes at least 6 hours before via the Walla app or website. Late cancellations within 6 hours mean a $5 fee for Unlimited members or $10 for Limited/Drop-In, plus losing your spot. No-shows cost $10 (Unlimited) or $15 (Limited/Drop-In) with forfeited credits.
Personal Items
Bring your own water, mat, and towel (available for purchase or rent at the front desk). Stay hydrated and ready for your practice!
Storage
Store belongings in the lobby cubbies or use an optional locker with a key (available upon request). Keep the studio space clear for movement and mindfulness.
Phone Policy
To minimize distractions, leave phones in the lobby with sounds silenced and alarms off. This helps everyone stay present during yoga, strengthening, or recovery sessions.
Restroom Use
Use the restroom before class to maximize your practice and avoid disruptions. Our goal is a seamless flow for all participants. However, if you have to go... you have to go! It's Ok.
Early Departures
Stay through duration of class to fully embrace the session’s benefits. If you must leave early, notify the instructor beforehand and set up near the door to exit quietly.
