Welcome to Lotus Studio Fitness & Wellness! We're thrilled you're joining our mindful, supportive community. By purchasing a membership, class pack, drop-in, or booking a class, you agree to these terms. They're here to keep things fair, safe, and enjoyable for everyone. Questions? Current Membership Options, Pricing & Key Perks (Subject to change with 14 days' notice. Full/current details always at www.lotusfitandwell.com/pricing. Discounts marked * require front-desk redemption.)

  • 2-Week Intro Offer (New Members): $89 / 2 weeks unlimited — No commitment/autopay; activates on first class; full schedule access.

  • Monthly VIP Unlimited: $150 / month — Unlimited in-studio + virtual classes; priority booking; exclusive member events/workshops; flexible freezes.

  • Family Add-On VIP: $89 / month * — Adds unlimited for one family member.

  • Mini-Membership: $90 / month — 5 classes/month (starts on first visit).

  • Student VIP Unlimited: $99 / month * — With valid student ID.

  • Annual VIP Unlimited: $1,500 (cash/check) / $1,550 (card) — 12 months unlimited.

  • 6-Month VIP Unlimited: $775 — 6 months unlimited.

  • Drop-In: $25 / class — Single session (non-refundable).

  • 5-Class Pack: $100 ($20/class) — Expires 12 months from purchase; non-transferable.

  • 10-Class Pack: $180 ($18/class) — Expires 12 months from purchase; non-transferable.

  • 20-Class Pack: $300 ($15/class) — Expires 12 months from purchase; non-transferable.

  • One Week Unlimited: $75 — One class/day for 7 days.

Additional Perks

  • Community Heroes: 10% off * (first responders, military, teachers).

  • Seniors (55+): 10% off *.

  • Bring/Refer a Friend: One free guest pass per month + rewards (ask front desk for current referral reward or email hello@lotusfitandwell.com).

  • Member Events: 20% off workshops/private sessions. All non-transferable/non-refundable where noted.

1. Payments & Billing

  • You authorize recurring autopay charges (except Intro Offer) and confirm account permission.

  • Failed payments: Membership pauses after 5 days ($10 fee); may terminate after 10 days (attended classes billed at $25 drop-in rate/ $15 drop-in rate).

  • Rates/perks may adjust with 14 days' notice via email/website.

2. Freezes & Cancellations

  • Freeze: Up to 2 months/year (min 2 weeks) with 7 days' notice via form/email to hello@lotusfitandwell.com.

  • Cancel: 7 days' notice before next billing via form/email/in-person; otherwise charged full cycle (no refunds).

3. Usage & Class Offerings

  • All plans non-transferable; unused sessions don't roll over/refund. Class packs expire 12 months from purchase.

  • Classes: Yoga, Pilates, HIIT, sculpt, strength, restorative, meditation, recovery + more — currently Mon–Fri 6:00 AM–8:30 PM (Sat mornings; hours may expand — check www.lotusfitandwell.com/schedule).

  • Do not attend if feeling ill or experiencing symptoms of communicable illness to protect our community.

4. Attendance Policy

  • Late arrival (>5 min): May be denied entry for safety.

  • Late cancel (<6 hours): $5 (Unlimited) / $10 (Limited) fee + lose credit.

  • No-show: $10 (Unlimited) / $15 (Limited) fee + lose credit.

  • Workshops: Cancel 48 hours ahead or $10–$15 fee.

  • Unauthorized audio/video recording of classes is prohibited.

5. Liability & Studio Rules

  • All participants (or guardians for minors under 18) must sign our separate Liability Waiver and (if applicable) Child Liability Waiver via Momence before first class. These cover physical/virtual risks, health representations, assumption of risk, release of liability, photo/video consent (with opt-out via email), property loss, medical consent, and more.

  • Follow our Studio Etiquette & Code of Conduct (full details at www.lotusfitandwell.com/etiquette) for a respectful, inclusive, and distraction-free space.

  • We’re not responsible for lost/damaged belongings.

6. General Policies

  • Terms may update; continued use = agreement (check site for latest).

  • Privacy: See our Privacy Policy (marketing opt-ins optional/manageable).

  • Governed by Nevada law; disputes in Clark County courts.
