Need to Freeze?
Want to pause your membership? No problem at all!
Freezing lets you lock in your current rate and perks, so you can return refreshed without starting over. It's perfect for life's ups and downs—minimum 14 days, up to 60 days per year (extendable for medical reasons with documentation).
This keeps your spot in our welcoming Lotus Studio community! To freeze, log in to your Walla account, click “Manage Account,” select “Your Credits & Plans,” and click the three dots in the upper right corner to submit your request. Provide at least 7 days' notice before your billing date—if processed after, no refund, but your next date shifts accordingly.
Need to Cancel?
We'd be sad to see you go—your presence truly enriches our community! But we totally understand if it's the right choice for now, and it's no problem at all.
Before canceling and losing your member perks (like priority access to yoga, circuit training, and events), consider freezing instead—it's a flexible way to stay connected.
Freezing might be ideal if:

Welcoming a new baby and awaiting doctor's clearance.
